Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 May 2026

These Terms govern your use of app.wnc.ink (the "Service"), operated by Websites Networks & Computers Ltd ("WebNetCom", אתרים רשתות ומחשבים בע"מ), Co. Reg. No. 516087871, with offices at HaGdud HaShlishi St. 33, Safed 1330003, Israel. By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms.

The Service

The Service is a multi-tenant inbox for the WhatsApp Business Platform, delivered via WhatsApp Business Platform providers including Gupshup acting as our Business Solution Provider for legacy tenants and direct Meta Cloud API integration for tenants onboarded via Embedded Signup, and hosted on Hetzner infrastructure.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business communication and to comply with: the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy; the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms; Meta's Platform Terms; Meta's Developer Policies; and all applicable law. You may not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messaging, fraudulent content, or any content prohibited by Meta's policies. Violations may result in immediate suspension of your tenant in order to protect platform access for all other tenants.

Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party providers, including Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform and direct Cloud API), Gupshup (BSP for legacy tenants), Hetzner (hosting), sent.dm (SMS verification delivery), and 20i (SMTP transport). By accepting these Terms you also accept and agree to be bound by the terms, policies, acceptable-use rules, and privacy policies of those providers, and you acknowledge that WebNetCom is not responsible or liable for their availability, performance, data handling, suspensions, or changes to their own terms. Outages, account suspensions, or policy changes by those providers are outside our control.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for the activity of any users you create within your tenant. You agree to notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

SMS verification

If you submit a public data deletion request, you will be asked to verify control of the phone number you provide via a one-time SMS code. By submitting that request and ticking the consent checkbox you authorize us to send 1–3 SMS messages (the verification code and any resends you request) to that number for verification purposes only. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply HELP at any time for help, or STOP to opt out. Full details — including the disclosure that no mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing — are in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebNetCom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from any third-party provider's actions or inaction.

International use

The Service is operated from Israel and is accessible internationally. If you use the Service from outside Israel you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the laws applicable to you. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, deactivate, or terminate any user account or tenant — in whole or in part, immediately and without prior notice, at our sole discretion — if we determine or reasonably suspect a violation of: these Terms; the policies, terms, acceptable-use rules, or privacy requirements of Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, or any other third-party provider the Service relies on; applicable FCC, telecommunications, anti-spam, consumer-protection, or other laws and regulations; or where we believe continued service could put platform access at risk for other tenants or for WebNetCom. A suspension may be imposed on suspicion alone and before any investigation is complete, in order to protect the platform, its users, and our access to underlying providers.

If your account or tenant is suspended or terminated and you believe it was in error, you may appeal by emailing appeals@wnc.ink. We will review appeals in good faith but are under no obligation to reinstate access, and we are not liable for any loss arising from a suspension or termination made in good faith.
