Privacy Policy

app.wnc.ink (the "Service") is operated by Websites Networks & Computers Ltd ("WebNetCom", אתרים רשתות ומחשבים בע"מ), a company registered in Israel (Co. Reg. No. 516087871), with offices at HaGdud HaShlishi St. 33, Safed 1330003, Israel.
What we collect
- Account data: email, password (hashed), display name.
- Service data: WhatsApp Business messages, contact phone numbers, conversation history, and media that flow through your tenant's WhatsApp Business Account.
- Technical data: session cookies, IP addresses, and audit logs of administrative actions.
How we use it
We process the above strictly to operate the Service: deliver messages, store conversations, authenticate users, and audit administrative actions. We do not sell user data, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the processors required to deliver the Service.
Third-party processors
- Meta (WhatsApp): receives and routes messages on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Privacy policy.
- Gupshup: WhatsApp Business Service Provider that brokers our connection to Meta. Privacy policy.
- Hetzner Online GmbH: hosts the Service infrastructure (Germany, EU). Privacy policy.
- sent.dm: delivers the SMS verification code used to confirm control of a phone number when a public data deletion request is submitted. Used only for that purpose; not used for marketing or any other communication. Privacy policy.
- 20i: SMTP transport for transactional and compliance emails (account verification, data deletion confirmations, fulfillment notifications). Used only to deliver our outbound mail; not used for marketing. Privacy policy.
Each of the above operates under its own privacy policy. By using the Service you acknowledge that data passing through these providers is also subject to their respective policies.
Retention
Account and message data is retained for as long as your tenant is active. On termination, data is retained for ninety (90) days to fulfill legal and operational obligations and to allow account recovery, after which it is permanently deleted.
Enforcement and account suspension
To protect the platform, its users, and our access to underlying providers, WebNetCom may suspend, deactivate, or terminate any user or tenant — immediately and without prior notice — where we determine or reasonably suspect a violation of our Terms of Service; the policies, terms, or privacy requirements of Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, or any other third-party provider; or applicable FCC, telecommunications, anti-spam, or other laws. By using the Service you acknowledge that you are also subject to those third parties' terms and privacy policies. Suspension may be based on suspicion alone. If you believe a suspension was made in error, you may appeal by emailing appeals@wnc.ink. Records of account and administrative actions are retained in our audit log for security and compliance even after an account is deactivated.
Your rights
You may request a copy of, or deletion of, your personal data at any time. Authenticated users can submit a deletion request via Settings → Account inside the Service. Individuals who do not have a login account but have communicated with a tenant via WhatsApp may submit a request via our public deletion request page. Requests may also be sent to compliance@webnetcom.co.il.
When a deletion request is fulfilled, the tenant administrator whose WhatsApp Business Account you communicated with may receive a one-time export of those communications for legitimate business purposes (such as dispute resolution or regulatory compliance). WebNetCom does not retain this export after providing it.
Mobile messaging (SMS)
If you submit a request through our public data deletion request page, we will send a one-time SMS verification code to the phone number you provide. This is part of a two-factor identity verification process: it confirms that you are in control of the number you are asking us to delete data for. Sending this SMS is the sole purpose for which we use the phone number you supply on that page.
No mobile information — including the phone number you provide, the fact that you opted in to receive an SMS, or any other data captured on the deletion request page — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only sub-processor involved in SMS delivery is sent.dm, which we use exclusively to transmit the verification code; sent.dm operates under its own privacy policy.
You will receive 1–3 SMS messages per deletion request (the verification code and any resends you request). Message and Data rates may apply. You may reply HELP at any time to receive help, or STOP to opt out of future messages from us. Opting out via STOP will mean we cannot complete the SMS-based verification step, but it does not affect your underlying right to request deletion — you may continue by emailing compliance@webnetcom.co.il directly.
